Directions to Beaver Creek

The stream is located in the small mountain community of Farmington, Pennsylvania, approximately 60 miles south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Below are directions from some of the major cities from which we have had fishermen come to enjoy our stream.

From Washington, Baltimore, and Points East

(Approximately 183 miles from Washington and 187 miles from Baltimore)
Take I-70 west to Hancock, Maryland
Take I-68 west to Route 40 west (Exit 14B) Keyser’s Ridge
Take Route 40 west
Continue on Route 40 west for about 20.3 miles
Turn right on Dinnerbell/Ohiopyle Road. Note the Roadside Tavern on your left.
Follow Dinnerbell/Ohiopyle Road North for 2.3 miles to a road direction sign indicating a right curve. Turn left onto a dirt road. There will be a “Beaver Creek Anglers” sign at the entrance.

From South and West of Pittsburgh

(Approximately 60 miles from the south and 85 miles from the west)
Take Route 51 from Pittsburgh to Uniontown
Take Route 40 east for about 17 miles to Dinnerbell/Ohiopyle Road
Soon after passing Lady Luck Casino and Golf Course on the left
Turn left on Dinnerbell/Ohiopyle Road. Note Roadside Tavern on the Right.
Follow Dinnerbell/Ohiopyle Road North for 2.3 miles to a road direction sign indicating a right curve. Turn left onto a dirt road. There will be a “Beaver Creek Anglers” sign at the entrance.

From North and East of Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Points West

(Approximately 70 miles east of Pittsburgh, 181 miles from Cleveland)
Take the PA Turnpike east to the New Stanton Exit, Route 119
Take Route 119 south through Connellsville To Route 40 east
Take Route 40 east for about 17 miles to Dinnerbell/Ohiopyle Road
Soon after passing Lady Luck Casino and Golf Course on the left
Turn left on Dinnerbell/Ohiopyle Road. Note Roadside Tavern on the Right.
