Pond Fishing

We have a small pond located on the property in which members and day pass holders may fish. This pond allows small children and new fly anglers to practice their skills and have the opportunity to feel the excitement of fighting a fish. The pond is stocked with the same fish as the stream, so many sizeable trout are available. The insect hatches on the pond are often heavier than on the stream. This adds up to some beautifully diverse opportunities. Spin fishing is permitted on the pond. Children are permitted to use live bait so they may experience the thrill that fishing can provide. It’s a great place for the whole family to enjoy, so don’t leave the rest of the family behind; make sure to bring them along for a great family day on the waters of Beaver Creek.
